Propane Filling Station

Propane filling hours are between 10 AM and 3 PM Mon – Sat.
The cost of propane will fluctuate at times but is comparable to the area’s propane market price.
Payments for propane refills will be through CampLife as an additional invoice and charged when your tank is filled.
Concierge delivery and pick-up services are available for an additional charge.
Park instructions are available at the time of arrival with propane filling station details.

EV Charging Station

Waggin’ Tail Ranch RV Park & Resort truly has thought of everything when it comes to having you covered in every way possible. Our newly installed electric vehicle station is located on-site. No more having to worry about finding a charging station.

Simply pull up to the EV charger and plug in your vehicle to be ready for all of your travel needs. Charging rates are determined by the area’s local cost per kWh. Simply pay at the station when your vehicle is charged. Simple. Easy. Done.

Laundry

Guests love our laundry facility! We offer a spacious laundry area with 5 washers and dryers and a folding table with a hanging area. Additionally, we have an ironing board with an iron to keep clothes looking nice and crisp.

Have a seat in our comfortable seating area while you wait or grab your mail from our mail center. The restroom is conveniently located just off the laundry room, so no walking back to your RV is required unless, of course, you enjoy the exercise.

Business and Mail Center

Waggin’ Tail Ranch RV Park offers a welcoming business center for you to get the job done. If you need an area to sit and complete your work tasks, come and have a seat in our business center. With the free parkwide Wifi, you can get your work done so that you can get back to what you enjoy.

For The Love of Dogs

Where you and man’s best friend can both enjoy RV Park living. Your 4-legged friend will love their fully fenced RV site; especially after playing on our agility course and taking a dip in the dog pond. If you can’t tell, our RV Resort caters to dogs!

We have two dog parks on the property; featuring our large park as well as a new small dog park for the little ones to be able to socialize and get their exercise as well. Enjoy our relaxation stations or relax at our Paws N’ Swing area, stay shaded while at our dog park.

Dog parks also have litter stations to keep parks clean for all guests. Please pick up after your pup while visiting the dog parks. We offer a dog wash station as well to keep your pup smelling nice and fresh and feeling its best. Our professional-grade wash station will make bathing your pup a breeze!

Self-Storage Units

Waggin’ Tail Ranch RV Park offers ambient self storage units that are size 5′ x 8′ to provide additional space to store large items or seasonal items while staying at the park. Check our rates page for the most current up-to-date rates.

Outdoor Fun

Come out to our community pavilion and enjoy some outdoor games with your family or neighbors. We have a large selection of family-friendly games such as cornhole, ringer darts, ladder ball, a huge connect four game, and more.

Enjoy a relaxing day at the pool, relax in the pavilion, or use our outdoor cooking area to prepare a delicious meal with veggies picked from our community garden.
