What's the minimum monthly commitment?

One month minimum. Month-to-month with 30 days notice. No long-term lease required.

What's included in the monthly rate?

Water and sewer are included, along with Wi-Fi, pool access, all dog amenities, and common area use. Electricity is billed separately based on your metered usage.

Is there a deposit for monthly stays?

Yes. All monthly reservations require a non-refundable $150 deposit, which holds your site. Monthly rates start at $495 plus electricity.

How far is the nearest HEB or Walmart?

Gainesville (about 40 min north) and Denton (about 30 min south) both have HEB, Walmart, and full retail. Pilot Point itself has local dining and services.

Can I have more than two dogs?

Two dogs per site are standard. Additional dogs by arrangement, so call us. We're dog people; we work with multi-dog households.

Is the park quiet at night?

Yes. Waggin' Tail is a resort community with quiet hours observed, not a transient overnight park.
